Meet the Machine

The Machine removes bulk fasteners & surface materials from reclaimed lumber. The wood is held in place by Shuttles while fasteners are extracted with Nail & Staple Pickers and Nail Rakes. Surface materials are removed using rotating wire Brushes. Finally, it performs a quality check to ensure the wood is ready for new construction.

AI Driven Process

Artificial Intelligence helps us plan and execute the on-site wood reclaiming process by calculating the quantity and quality of wood we recover in every site. This drives down time and cost.
